Booking Terms + Conditions
Payment:
All payments are due 14 days before the start of a Sports
Marketing
Skills
training event. Payment cannot be made on the day of
the event. In the event that a booking is made within
14 days of the event, cleared funds must accompany the
booking.
Cancellations and Transfers:
Cancellations and transfers after a booking has been
confirmed will incur an administration fee. This will
be calculated at 15% of the fee payable.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the Sports
Marketing
Skills
event will not be accepted. It is permissible for a
replacement delegate to be nominated at any time before
the commencement of the event, without any penalty cost.
Oversubscribed Events:
In the event that bookings are received after the maximum
number of delegates as been reached for a specific event,
an option will be given of either a transfer to another
date and/or venue if appropriate or in the event that
this is not acceptable, a full refund will be given.
Event Cancellation:
In the unlikely event that the minimum number of bookings
to make the event viable is not reached, Sports marketing
Skills will offer a full refund on bookings received
if an alternative venue and/or date is not available
or is unacceptable.
Sports
Marketing
Skills
will not be held responsible for any costs of any sort
whatsoever incurred by the booking as a result of the
event being cancelled.
VAT
VAT is charged on all courses. It will be clearly stated
as to which Fees are inclusive of VAT and which are
exclusive.
